Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise at Furs by Chrys.com. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless most of the value has been used (at the discretion of Furs by Chrys). If the order total is more than the gift certificate amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit card. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Sales tax and shipping, where applicable, will be applied at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift certificates and orders for suspected fraud, for gift certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift certificate policies.

Purchasers will be notified via email when the gift certificate has been issued.

By purchasing a Furs by Chrys Gift Certificate you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Redemption

The order total includes the price of product(s) and sales tax where applicable. If the order total is more than the gift certificate amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit card. The gift certificate balance will immediately be reduced, while the credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped. Upon redemption, any unused balance shall be carried over for future Furs by Chrys.com purchase unless most of the value has been used (at the discretion of Furs by Chrys).

Returns

Furs by Chrys.com gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be returned or canceled after purchase.

If you return an item(s) originally purchased with a gift certificate, any refund will be returned to the original gift certificate less the restocking fee. You may view our return policies here.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates

Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash.

Fraud

Furs by Chrys.com reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift certificates and orders for suspected fraud, for gift certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift certificate policies.
